can receive but not send e-mail

I see severl people have this issue. When try to send e-mail(have aol) I get
error message:
Account: 'map.aol.com'Server: 'SMTP.aol.com' Protocol SMTP. Port: 25
Secure(SSL) No. Error 0x800CCC19
Any ideas?
I also have the Trend Micro AntiVirus. Any ideas?

uninstall trend and use avg or avast.

Thanks for responding. But have problem solved. There was a setting wrong in
outgoing mail box. Oh, well.......

That's not the complete error message.

Anyway, according to AOL's website, you should be using port 587
instead of port 25:
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/imap/express.html
