Thanks for including the complete error message.
"Invalid command" means Windows Mail sent a command that the mail
server did not understand. Typically, that is the optional SPA command.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select the pop.neuf.fr account, Properties,
Servers, unselect "Logon using Secure Password Authentication."

I'm having the same issue, except I'm not getting any error messages. My
emails are just sitting in my outbox. I've tried everything I can think of
and nothing is working. I'm receiving emails but sending them only puts them
in my outbox. Please help me!

I can send but not receive. I have 2 accounts set up. Does it matter who pays
the internet bill? Is that sopossed to be the default email?? I am also
getting an error message about the pop3 but I have changed the settings many
times I would think at least 1 would have worked

Windows Mail doesn't care who pays the bill. :)

Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into
a reply here. There are diagnostic details there that will
help to pinpoint he problem.
