In my query I ask it to show me all the quotes won How do I get it to show me
the total figure of all the quotes won

For more information, type the word 'sum' in the 'type a question for help'
box up in the top right corner of the Access window. While this feature
doesn't always work very well (sometimes the list of topics it returns is
not very relevant) in this particular case it works quite well, returning a
list of relevant and useful topics. (At least that's what happens in Access
2003. Results may vary in other versions).
