Create a report based off the query. Or if you're just looking for a single
line with the total, choose View|Totals from the query design window....and
then choose Sum for the column that has the amount.
Sorry I am a real novice. In my database which is based on our quotes done
there are two columns quotes won and amount. My query shows me all the quotes
won and I need to get a total figure.
You're not giving me much to go on here. The advice I gave should get you
headed in the right direction though....did you try either one?
View|Totals is on the menu when you open the query in design view...perhaps
that wasn't clear
