Can policies be client specific?

Is there a way to make policies that are placed in effect for a user be
client specific. In other words, a different set of policies if the user
logs onto a XP Pro machine as opposed to a terminal services session?

I'm looking for information on how to do this.

I read about a FullArmor tool - IntelliPolicy for Clients that I think does
this.
