Can Outlook's email spam filter system filter by language?

I have been receiving many spam messages in non-English languages, and I was
wondering if Outlook 2003's filtration system can filter by language in
addition to specific words.

No, but you can block top-level domains and encoding types. Tool-> Options->
button Junk E-mail Filter-> tab International

You can also create a rule to move all mail to the Junk E-mail folder unless
it contains words like "the", "and", etc...
