Can Outlook search inside file names??

Hi there,
Since lately we all get lots of viruses ans spam emails,
there is a need to search in the attached file names.
For example, when Norton AntiVirus finds a virus, it
changes the virus filename to "Norton AntiVirus
Deleted1.txt" but does not deletes the entire email.
Therefore, the mailbox gets filled with lots of unwanted
emails and it takes lots of time to manually delete them.

Is there a way to search inside Outllok for emails with
specific filenames and delete them all?
