I would like to have both Outlook (configured to get mail
from my company POP3 mail server) and Outlook Express
(configured to get mail from my home ISP POP3 mail
server) available to me.

1. Is this possible, or will they "fight"?

2. Is it possible for the two programs to share one set
of address book/contact information?

Yes, they will get along. The only problem area will be the default client
settings- clickable links in IE use the default.

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oeshare.htm for a way to share
Outlook's contacts with Express.

If I import my current OE mail into Outlook to get the
dual program possibility, will the OE mail store be
removed?

If you export your messages from Outlook Express into Outlook, those
messages will not be removed from your Outlook Express message store. They
will just also be available in your Outlook message store.
