Can only send email from outlook to myself not to others.

When I address an email from myself to myself the syntac
% bar pops up in the lower right corner and sends it
without any problem.. If I address an email from me to
anyone at all the syntac doesn't even pop up and the
email is immediately returned saying error.

Testing the email in the email account settings proves
that everything works properly.

Anyone know what is wrong????


Also I am asked to enter my email address every time I
open Outlook for the first time... Even though I click on
save password.
