Can only remove add-ins but cannot add add-ins in Outlook 2003 anymore

Hi,

I have the problem that I can only remove existing add-ins (like Google
Desktop) but cannot readd them anymore? Already tried to repair my
outlook 2003 installation (no positive effect)

Any hints?

Thanks for your quick response. But none add-in (using the standard
installation procedure) will get installed anymore. There must be
something wrong with add-ins in general. I think about reinstallation
of outlook (repairing didn't resolve the issue). But before doing this
i wanted to check all other possibilities.
