Can OfficeXP 2002 run on W2K

Has any folk tried to install and run OfficeXP 2002 on
Win2K Prof. Can it work without problem?

I haven't seen any problems with it on Win 2k (SP3) here either.
However this has been the original version of Office XP without any
service packs.
