can not swich to fast user swiching and can not enable welcome screen

when I try to "change the way user log on and off" a message comes up that says:Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Sevices for Netware. But I don't get that what do I do???

Do you log onto a Netware server? If not and you are sure
that you dont need it do the following.
1.Right click on My Network Places.
2. Left click on Properties.
3. Right click on a network connection, it could be LAN or
dialup or cable etc.
4. Left click on Properties. If Netware is installed and
you dont need it select it and then click the uninstall
button. Cheers.

Tyson,

Right click My Network Places and select Properties. Right click the Internet connection, or LAN connection, and select Properties. On the Networking tab, This connection uses...highlight Client Services for Netware and select Uninstall.
