Disabled welcome screen

Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome
screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these names,
you must uninstall Client Services for NetWare.
How to uninstall Client Services for NetWare?

Open the control panel and then network connections. Right click on the
appropriate connection and choose properties. After this, click on the
Client Services for Netware option and choose uninstall. You will no longer
be able to use NetWare services on your network.

As an addendum, the Welcome screen is presented only when you configure your
computer to participate in a workgroup. If you join a domain then the
Welcome screen is no longer available and you get the classic login screen.
That's why I disabled the Welcome Screen (and I don't use the Novell client)
because I don't want to get used to one login interface (the Welcome Screen)
at home and end up using a different login interface (the classic screen) at
work when on a domain. Also, you'll have to remember to hit Ctrl+Alt+Del
*twice* at the Welcome Screen to login under the Administrator account. In
the classic login screen, you specify whatever account you want to login
under.
