Can not start up Comp

Isass.exe - System Error
The endpoint is invalid

Cannot reboot in anything not in safe mode, nothing ! I have tried
everything , read other websites, tried different things but I'm still stuck
here
Tried recovery and I get nothing. Comp is on XP Home Ed with no CD as pre
installed. Comp 4 months old
Has anyone experienced this before would appreciate any help

Read the manual that came with your PC and see what the instructions say
about system restore, or something to that effect. Otherwise, contact the
vender for instructions.
