the system restarts with no errors I have disable anything that could be
messing with it ! I have windows Blinds installed on my system and i disable
it and still the system will not boot in to safe mode. The olny thing legt
that i cam think of is to dump the system complatly and reinstall everything
I Really really dont whant to have to do that any help whould be grat Thank
you!

The only solution i can think of on the sparse data you provide and know is
to restore your computer to an earlier date, perhaps before the battlefield
earth installation. If you have system restore up and running that should be
pretty easy.

Go to start/programs/accessories/system tools, and click on "system
restore". Choose "restore my computer to an earlier time" and click "next".
At this time you should be displayed with a calendar where you can, if your
remember it, find the date when battlefield earth was installed, and find the
entry named "battlefield earth installation" or in the similar vein. Choose
that entry and click "next".

Since it will restore your system to a time prior to installing Battlefield
Earth, you may also lose some other date and programs which you installed in
the meantime. Though in my experience the losses are usually registry and
setting orientated, meaning you won't lose any actual files.

In any case, if you're not pleased with the restoration, you can always undo
it.

Hello BBullet12,

See if you have CD / DVD writing software from a 3rd-party. Out-of-date or un-patched CD software may contribute to a 'fatal' error & your Windows is set to reboot on error. Try to minimize all your startup apps so you can isolate the suspect one by one.

See this article at Aumha.org
WINDOWS XP SHUTDOWN & RESTART TROUBLESHOOTING

http://aumha.org/win5/a/shtdwnxp.htm

When the pc is booting up (after the BIOS has done its POST test and
before Windows starts loading),
Tap F8 Function key to get bootup options. Tap & keep repeat tapping F8 !

If you have XP with Service Pack 2, you will actually see "Disable automatic restart on system failure" as an option .
Select that and give it a try.

Once restart on failure is disabled, you should get a STOP error with
text --- at the next problem.
Write it all down, and then start searching for the final solution.

Take a look at the Troubleshooting Windows STOP messages at Aumha.org

is there no way you can just unistall the game with outh going into safe
mode? if you can, try that, then reinstall with all your security off.
including any antivirus, firewalls, anti-spyware programs, pop-up blockers,
etc...

Turning off the firewall is not a good idea, unless pc is physically disconnected from internet / outside connections (temporarily).
There are many possibilities for some outsider to do ill ---think scanning & probing by a determined attacker.

Turning off the other security programs is ok, as long as the program came from a reliable/trusted company on CD/DVD.
Otherwise, scan all downloads with antivirus.
Just my $0.02

The Problem is that the game whont install I havent need to use sfe mode with
this system sine i bult it 2 years ago now when i try to log in to safe mode
the computer restarts and i tried system restore and tryed 20 different
restore points and every time i whould try to restore the system system
restore whould tell me that it was unable to restore to that point. I
contacted EA Tech support for help with the game not installing and sent them
the error msg they sent me back an email saying to reboot in to safe mode and
install the game thats where all this fun began. Here is some info about my
system:
