Can not share calendar WITH an Exchange Server

I'm running Outlook 2003. We just upgraded from a pop3
mail server to an Exchange Mail Server. I have the link
the Navagation Pane to "Share My Calendar". That brings
up the Calendar properties. There is NO "Permissions"
tab on my calendar properties to share my calendar. I
tried the "Detect and Repair" and I uninstalled and
reinstalled Office 2003 and I still can not see this
option.

Any ideas?

Are you using a .pst file for mail delivery or the Exchange mailbox by
default? Sharing requires that you have your mail delivered to the Exchange
mailbox, not personal folders.

I am not sharing to a .pst file. They moved all of the
data in the pst file to my "Mailbox" on the Exchange
Server.

My mail is being delivered to the "Mailbox" and not to
a .pst
