can not sent email

can some one show me how to set up my outlook. i use outlook 2003. when i
sent the email it pop up with the message
say"task'www.yahoo.com-sending'reporting error(0x80070057)could not found the
oporation. one or more parameter values are not valid.... i'm new at outlook,
can some one please help me....thanks in advance.....

Unless you have a *paid* Yahoo mail account, you cannot send/receive
Yahoo mail with Outlook.
