Send test email message: The specified server was found, but there was no
response from the server, Please verify that the port and SSL information is
correct. To access these settings close this dialog, then click More
Settings and click on the Advanced tab.

This is the error message I get when trying to send email. All anti-virus
and firewall are off. What is the fix for this issue? I see similar
situations posted out there, but not this error message. Help.

What type of account is this? POP3? IMAP? HTTP? What does your ISP say
for configuring your mail account? Do they require SSL (note - most do
not)?

After furious head scratching, GM Gene asked:

I found the answer in another question/answer that was posted. I changed the
port to 587 from 25 on smtp and now all is well. Thanks for replying to my
question. It is much appreciated. Gene
