can not see html link...

Since updating window recently, I lost the capability of seeing html link
and several important pop up stuff...
How can I fix it? Netscape works fine in my machine!

Don't know about the pop-up stuff, but this might help
with seeing html links:

In IE, goto Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > down
to Browsing > down to Underline Links
Select Always, then click OK, then restart IE to be safe.

Also might check Tools > Internet Options > Colors
