Can not save files

I am getting this Error message when trying to save a document/Worksheet.

Cannot open Microsft Excel Workbook C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\Libary\Invdb.xls

Now I do have this installed on a diffrent drive would this have something
to do with it, and is there away to fix this.

If Excel (and Word) have started hanging on File>SaveAs and File>Open in the
last couple of days, this is because of a problem with a recently released
Hotfix. it diesn't affect all PCs in this way.

You can remove it from Add/Remove Programs, where it shows as "Security
Update for Windows XP (KB908531)". Make sure the "show updates" box at the
top is ticked or you won't see hotfixes in the list.

Don't uninstall if you aren't having this problem as it fixes a
vulnerability in Explorer.
