Can not resume after locked

After i lock my computer, i can not resume back. After i
keyed in the password, i can only see the wallpaper and my
mouse cursor. NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have caps lock on? Are you sure you are entering the password
correctly? If you are quite sure you are, then go into Safe Mode, log
on as Administrator (default password is blank) and go to the User
Accounts applet in Control Panel. Change the password for your own
account to something you will remember. If this is *not* your problem,
then please post back with more details.
