Can not preview web page in FrontPage 2002

I just began having trouble with previewing web pages I created in FrontPage
2002. A dialog box comes up when I click preview that says "Accessing the
resource 'C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\GXQBW56R\[1].htm' has been disallowed. I have tried
reinstalling FrontPage 2002, cleaning out my temporary internet files and
what else I can think of to get FronPage 2002 to preview my web pages. I have
been able to preview them up until about a week ago. Anybody got any
suggestions?

When I preview my web page in browser it works fine. It is just when I click
the preview button in FrontPage2002 that it gives me the message it is being
disallowed. After it does that and I click normal button, it will close down
and reopen. If I click the html button after clicking the preview button it
will show the html view but when I try to close FrontPage 2002 down by
clicking the x, it won't do anything. I have to click ctl+alt+del to bring up
the processes and close FrontPage 2002 there.
