Can not ping a network resource

hi,

i am not able to ping a LAN resource like printer/file
server/intranet from command prompt though i can access
intranet from browser (IE). i am also able to access mail
box server from outlook. other machines in the network
(LAN) can ping my laptop(Toshiba Portege) however i can't
ping other machines.

this has happened after i have switched from static IP
(that i used at home to enable broadband connection) to
dymanic IP.

please let me know if you have solution for this problem.

can you ping other computers by IP? if not, posting the result of ipconfig
