Can not open hyperlinks

Using Outlook Express, when I receive an E-main that has
links to follow (expressed in blue letters)I can not open
them

I get a netscape box saying an error has occured and do I
want to report it.

How do I correct this?
 
Did you try farting on it? Farting usually helps my
computer problems. :)
