i have 3 DCs set up running on Windows 2003 server SP2. Everything worked
fine until about 2 months ago. now from one of my sites when i'm logged on to
a windows 2000 machine into that domain i can not map a drive from the other
domains; i get a "no logon servers available to service your request".
However, when i just log into the machine and not the domain i can map drives
from my other domains. Any ideas on what happened or what is wrong? Thanks.

Well, there's no W2003 SP2 yet - I presume you mean SP1?
When you say 'sites' do you mean AD sites?
Where is everyone pointing for DNS?

Yes, I did mean SP1.
My sites are AD sites and the users at each AD site is pointed the the DC at
that site.
