Can not browse network

I have 3 DCs. 1 primary and 2 child DCs. Everything is set up the same for
both of the child DCs. All of a sudden I am unable to browse the nework on my
PDC. I can see the machines but I can not access any folders to map them. I
get a "no logon servers available" error. I could do this before. Also, if i
log on to a computer in this child domain as the administrator (not logging
into the domain) i can see and map drives. Any idea why this is happeing. I
really appreciate the help.

if use net use command can you access the DC? this troubleshooting web may help,

No server available
"No logon server available" "No domain server was available to validate your
password" ... If you try, you may receive the "No logon server available". ...
