Can Not install sp2

When installing, directions are to uninstall previous version, (I was part
of Beta team). My problem is I know I backed up during beta install but
UNINSTALL is not available anywhere?

Any help are am I going to have to do a complete reinstall of my whole
system (UG)

In Add/Remove Programs, have you got 'Show Updates' enabled?
