Can not import excel customer worksheet???????

The following error was found trying to read import source file:
Format of the initial String Does Not conform to specification Starting at
index 34

Above is error message that comes up

any ideas?

Hi Dave,

Is there some kind of unusual data in one or more rows, in column 34
(or maybe 35)?
