It would help if you posted the address of this web page so we could check it out. Sometimes this happens because of the page's servers. Go to start > run and type: regsvr32 urlmon.dll regsvr32 actxprxy.dll regsvr32 scrrun.dll regsvr32 msxml.dll regsvr32 mshtml.dll regsvr32 shdocvw.dll regsvr32 browseui.dll regsvr32 msjava.dll Hope this helps
