Can not find Windows Firewall/ICS under Manage - Services

I am having issues trying to share files / folders and a printer on a machine
via a wireless network. I suspect a firewall issue could be a play. When I
go to the Windows Security Center and select Firewall, I get the error 'Due
to anunidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings.'

Although it says my firewall is "Off", i can not access it, and am skeptical
about this. It seems as if there is a high degree of funk about this.

I have gone the "My Computer" = Manage, Services & Applications, Services"
route and do not see "Windows Firewall - ICS" anywhere,

I am running McAfee and don;t seem to be able to change anything there either.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You cannot access the Windows firewall because you have anotherfirewall
(McAfee) installed. Third party firewalls always disable the native Windows
firewall because you can't run two firewalls together. You should be able to
configure file and printer sharing in the Vista Network and Sharing Center.
