can not find "resend message" command

"help" tells me in order to resend a message, click on "Actions" then "Resend
This Message". But there is no such command on my drop-down. How do I
resend please?
 
Are you using "Outlook"?

If so, open the message in its own window (not the Outlook Inbox window) and
the Resend should be there.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application.

If you still have problems, re-post to the Outlook newsgroup(s).
