can not find "DOS windows on Windows support component" ?

Dear Sir,
The help has "DOS windows on Windows support component" , but I just can
not find this component in Target Designer's component list ..
Does any know which compoent is this? because we wanna install 16bit dos
program, must need this component (wow32.dll, autoexec.nt ......)

Wing,

Lower the Min.Visibility level option in TD.

"Dos Windows on Windows Support" component visibility is 200.
