can not find copy all items to CD

I have windows xp home editions I tried to save some
picture on CD but I can not find the command send to
writable CD. or even under Tasks ( copy all items to CD )
how can I get this command . I have CD burnner and DVD
Player. it seems that it is not installed or my picture
doesn't recongise that there is a command to copy all the
item to CD. Please if you can help.
