Can not find CD Recording Drive

I am trying to copy folder to a CD-R. I can not find CD Recording Drive in the
Copy Items Dialog Box?

I have done further research: I looked in My Computer in "Devices with
Removable Storage" there was no DVD-RW drive. Therefore, I do not have the
DVD-RW loaded. I am using a fairly new laptop with Windows XP. How do I find
the correct drive to Load? I am trying to print from Turbo Tax to CD-R. I
have successfully copied to CD, I think? What is it about having to have
capability to print from remote?

Open Windows XP's "Help and Support Center"
and perform a search for CD RECORDING.

Not sure what "copy items" dialog box you are referring to. Are you using
XP's burning tools or third party software such as Roxio or Nero?

You can only copy or "send to" a CD-R from windows explorer, not from an
application.
