Can not export from Outlook 2003

Hallo all,

I can not export my calendar and task from Outlook 2003.
When I click File-> Export/Import , the function Export/Import is gray , so
can not be clicked.
Can someone help me? Thanks a lot

Usually when the option is disabled, it means that you are running a copy of
Office/Outlook 2003 that is governed by some sort of corporate policy where
said company doesn't want the employee to use personal folder files. If
this description sounds like it fits where you received Office/Outlook from,
talk with your corporate IT support staff about having the settings removed
if you need the feature.

I have the same problem, my "Import and Export" are gray, this is my home computer, never has been in a company or something, and when I completely reinstall office 2003, the gray out anyway..

Why could it happen and how do I fix it?

Does anyone know good external utility for backup/restore Outlook data? (Not Ginnie, it is for express).
