Can not erase mail?

I got a commercial email from Amazon and I can't erase it?????????

Could you please provide this aditional information so that I can give you
some solution then.

1) Is this email in your Inbox or Junk E-mail folder?
2) Do you get any error when trying to delete?

Please let me know about these so that accordingly I can help you delete the
email.
