Can not enable and configure RRAS

Guys,

it is not like it does not start, it is different: I can not enable and
configure but I can start it! However, when I try to view the proporties of
the Server, it says "You do not have the access rights to view the
properties" !!! And the funny thing is I login as administrator, who is the
only user account. The OS is Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

Any ideas ???

Make sure the remote registry service is running. This is required even
if the MMC and RRAS are on the same machine.
