Can not Delete user profiles

I have having problems deleting user profiles out of My
Documents and Settings.

I recieve an error message stating there has been a
sharing violation and that the usrclass.dat is still in
use.

I know the these users are not still logged in, because
they are my test accounts, but it is causing quite a few
problems?

All the permissions are ok, but it still will not delete.

Any ideas?

Try to delete when running in safe mode.

You must have a local Admin rights to be able to delete a
users profile
