can not connect to secure websites

I have DSL and I have never had a problem until recently.
I am connected to the internet and I can view non secure
websites but unable to view secure websites.
I have adjusted all settings.
HELP!!!

What IE Version are you using. If not IE 6 you can download it from
Windows Update site. You can try resetting to
Default in IE. To do that go to IE>Tools>Internet Options>Security.
Make sure all your Zones are at default.
Also, go to Advanced>Restore Defaults>Apply and Ok in Internet Options.

Set them back to default? Tools > Internet Options > Set 'em back...
