Can NOT backup BCM database

Vista, 2 G memory, Outlook 2007, BCM on laptop. BCM installed on just the
laptop. When I try to backup the database, I get the message "Database
MSSmallBusiness is already open and can only have one user at a time. Backup
database is terminating abnormally" I am the ONLY user. How do I back it
up?????

laptop. When I try to backup the database, When I select BCM and database management, I get a message " BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions, please try again". When I try to backup the database, I get the message "Database MSSmallBusiness is already open and can only have one user at a time. Backup database is terminating abnormally" I am the ONLY user. Hi Mike,

Can you try running Outlook as an administrator and see if this issue still
repros?

You can not back up database while some other clients connected to it. Please
close Outlook on connected clients , then try backing up again.
