Can not access User Accounts!

When I attempt to access User Accounts in Control Panel,
an error window pops up stating: "Microsoft (R) HTML
Application error encountered....". What must I do to
correct this so that I can view/change the User Accounts?

You can use Computer Management from the Administrative Tools to
manage accounts. you will find user accounts under Local Users and
Groups in the Computer Mangement console.
