Can no longer search from address bar

I can no longer search from my address bar. I checked
the "Advanced Internet Options" setup and this is OK. My
homepage was being reset and I used "Hijack This" to keep
my homepage from being reset. Now when I type in the
address bar I get "this page cannot be displayed" and in
the address bar I get "http:///? find ". I attemped
to remove and install internet explorer, but this does
not help. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the information. I parasite was removed, but
I can not search from the address bar. Is there
something in the registry that was changed or deleted
that must be added back in?
