There was a feature but I don't believe future versions of Outlook will support it. I would transition to a pop or imap account as your mail email. There are services that will retrieve your MSN mail and redirect it to your other email account.
If you're using Outlook Live with a Hotmail Premium account, yes.
Otherwise, I don't know of a way.
