slides that are 1920 x 1080 in resolution. I am only able to get 1280x1024
to show.

I don't think I am explaining my problem well. We are using power point to
test the image performance of monitors. I have made a 1920x1080 image in
MSPaint that needs to be presented exactly "as-is", pixel per pixel. The
monitors being tested are 1920x1080.

MSPPT distorts the image and does not keep the image intact. I have asked
around and many people have said that MSPPT uses a bit of compression and
that reduces the image "quality".

Does this program fix this issue?

No. No disrespect meant to the author of the program, he being me.
It allows you to EXPORT images from PPT at various resolutions but won't help with
getting a 1 to 1 pixel display in PPT.

This might:

The problem isn't compression but rather antialiasing.
