Can I use pdf documents as backgrounds in Word 2000?

I have created a pdf document which is a template for some company
stationery. The pdf has the company logo, contact details on it etc. I wanted
to know if I can use the pdf as a background in Word 2000, so that I can
write a letter then print it and effectively generate my own stationery.

Any feedback would be very much appreciated......

You could convert the PDF to a word document using a suitable program, then
create a Template within Word.

Or just create a new Word Template ( that sounds easier to me ).
