Can I use different CD to re-install XP on OEM (Dell) ?

Hi,

Have a Dell which came with Windows XP Pro but was formatted and installed
as Windows 98SE. Can I use a different XP Pro upgrade CD (already activated
on another system) and the Dell license number to upgrade it to XP or am I
forced to format again and use the OEM CD?

OEM Product Keys (licenses) will not work with any Windows
installation CDs other than the original installation CD. In other
words, you cannot use a Dell Windows XP license on any other
computer.
