My Outlook 2003 is hanging up every time i open it. I have rebooted it,
repaired it, but now I think I might uninstall and reinstall it. I have tons
of data in the contacts, calendar, tasks, and email. Will I lose that data if
I uninstalll/reinstall?

You shouldn't but I would back it up beforehand, if I were doing an
uninstall/re-install.

I lost everything too. I went to the start menu, accessories, address book,
file and changed my identiy. Everything works now. I don't know if this
will help or not.
