Can I synchronize outlook on my desktop & Laptop on a network

I have just set up a wireless network and I use a desktop and laptop. I
would like to be able to use both for downloading email and using outlook so
that it is always up to date. Is there anyway that I can synchornize my PC &
Laptop so that they both are up to date and hold the same information?

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm contains some ideas. You can also
put your PST in a network share and point to it with both profiles. It's
not supported, it works only if both machines stay in the network, and
requires Outlook be closed on all but one machine at any time.
