Can I stop my Yahoo mail from dumping directly into Windows Email?

I was looking to see if OUtlook was still on my semi-new Vista system. I
found windows mail. I wanted to see what it was, and it ended up
transferring my entire Yahoo inbox into it.

Now, every message I receive in Yahoo, goes directly to windows mail. I
don't want this to happen.

Initially, I was looking for a place to archive or save my Yahoo mail to,
when this whole thing started.

Can anyone assist. Keep in mind, I am not Vista Savy, I would appreciate
lamens terms ... please!

Thank You!

By default, Windows Mail will delete emails from the server after
downloading them. To change that default, go to Tools,
Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Advanced,
select "Leave a copy of messages on server."
