Can I still use programs designed for Win NT/95 on XP?

I have Micrografx, Graphics Suite (SE) 2 which was
designed to be run on Windows NT or Win 95, and runs fine
on Win 98. I now have XP Home Edition. Will there be a
compatibility problem with this program suite on XP? I
don't want to install a non-XP certified program on my
new system if it's going to mess things up, but I can't
seem to find that specific information anywhere.

Windows XP does allow backward compatibility for previous
versions of Windows to 95. It is possible for Micrografx,
Graphics Suite (SE) 2 to run unaffected by Windows XP.
However, try installing it and see if it works. If its
not working properly or what it was intented to, run the
Program Compatibility Wizard in Start > All Programs >
Accessories > Program Compatibility Wizard. If this does
not work (but it should), buy the recent version!
